Welcome to Positive EnerJe!

I’ve been in the Health and Fitness Industry for 24 years – it is all I have ever known. Studying at University in the field of Sports Science I loved learning about the amazing body we all have, how we use it, what it can do for us – how it makes us feel – how we treat it and what returns it brings us – if we work hard and fuel it right!!

I am 48, a mum to 2 very energetic boys and have a busy, active family. I know how difficult it is juggling 10 balls in the air all at the same time whilst keeping calm under pressure!!  Finding just that snippit of time to do a workout for you is paramount and key to your health, fitness and wellbeing.

It has never been more important to be fit and healthy.

All my classes are all inclusive and we are one big welcoming group. We have partners, friends, mums and sons, dads and daughters, grandparents and work colleagues all training together. Come and give it a try.

I am here to help you make the change to your health, fitness and confidence.

      Sports massage should play an important part in the life of any sportsman or woman whether they are injured or not.

      Massage has a number of benefits both physical, physiological and psychological.
